To experience the Grand Raid most intensely, take advantage of the special bus transport!
SCHEDULE OF BUSES...
CarPostal, the official conveyor for the race, will mobilize the means to transport the racers along with their material and equipment under optimal conditions. For example, the large trailers can safely return the mountain bikes without disassembly.
The Committee of the Great Raid decided to set up a complete range of organized transport which will enable you to concentrate only on the race, and thereby avoid wasting your time in traffic congestion or in search of a parking place. All of your energy will thus be saved for the Great Raid.
So don’t hesitate to apply for a fixed-price seat on one of the official buses (payable at the same time as your registration).
> > Fixed price from (Friday) and return to Sion: CHF 40.
This fixed price includes:
- Transport in the postal bus Friday evening from Sion bound for Hérémence, Evolène or Verbier, transport of the bicycles and other material (bag) included.
- Departure of the buses to the Barracks (great free parking spaces available). The starting schedules will be posted in due course.
- Return transport from Grimentz to Sion on Saturday after the race, including protected transport of the VTT. The return schedules will be posted in due course.
> > Fixed price at the beginning (Saturday morning) and return to Sion: Fr price. 40. -
This price includes:
- Transport in the postal bus early Saturday from Sion bound for Hérémence or Evolène, transport of the bicycles and other material (bag) included. For Verbier: only Friday evening (see above).
- Departure of the buses to the Barracks (great free parking space available). The starting schedules will be posted in due course.
- Return transport from Grimentz to Sion on Saturday after the race, including protected transport of the VTT. The return schedules will be posted in due course.

This price includes:
- Transport in the postal bus from Grimentz bound for Sion or your starting place (Hérémence, Evolène or Verbier), including protected transport of mountain bikes.
- The return schedules to Grimentz will be posted in due course.
> > Fixed price for outward journey on Friday for Evolène or Hérémence. Price: CHF 15.
This price includes:
- Transport in the postal bus from Sion bound for Hérémence or Evolène, transport of the bicycles included.
- Alternative possibility of departing on either Friday evening (day before the race) or early Saturday morning.
- Departure of the buses to the Barracks (great free parking space available). The starting schedules will be posted in due course.
> > Fixed price for outward journey on Saturday to Evolène or Hérémence. Price: CHF 15.
This price includes:
- Transport in the postal bus from Sion bound for Hérémence or Evolène, transport of the bicycles included.

For accompanying and spectators
Special transport for accompanying persons and spectators will be available at the start in Sion and Sierre, bound for Grimentz.
